Marie Reignier-Tayar

Marie Reignier-Tayar has a diverse range of work experience. Marie is currently working as an Internal Operations Engineer at Greenly | Certified B Corp. Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Visiting Student at the University of Toronto, where they conducted research on language change on Reddit and developed language embedding models. Marie also had a Machine Learning for Cybersecurity Internship at the Office fédéral de l'armement armasuisse and served as a Webmaster for the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) EPFL. Additionally, Marie was the team manager of the IC School social media team at EPFL IC, responsible for overseeing communication projects and managing various social media accounts. Marie also worked as a Student Assistant in Introduction to Object Oriented Programming and a Student teaching assistant in Object Oriented Programming at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne. Furthermore, they gained industry experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Nexthink, where they developed a cross-component end-to-end test framework. Marie has showcased their skills in areas such as machine learning, cybersecurity, web development, social media management, and software engineering throughout their career.

Marie Reignier-Tayar has a strong educational background in computer science and information technology. In 2016, they obtained a Cambridge Proficiency Exam certification from Cambridge Assessment English. From 2016 to 2019, Marie pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Marie then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidad de Granada from 2018 to 2019. Continuing their academic journey, Marie achieved a Master's degree in Informatique from EPFL in the years 2019 to 2021.
