Ying Luo, PMP®

Ying Luo has a diverse work experience, starting with a Technician role at Veolia Water - Beijing Yanshan Veolia Water Co. Ltd in 2006. They then had internships at Michelin in 2008 and EDF in 2009. Later, they joined EcoVadis in 2010 and held multiple roles including CSR Analyst, Senior CSR Analyst and Team Leader, Operations Manager and Project Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Project Manager, and finally Operations Director. In 2021, Ying Luo worked as a Director at MARKETPARTS before joining Inteliam as a Director in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Delivery at Greenly | Certified B Corp since February 2023.

Ying Luo, PMP®, obtained a Master of Science in Industrial & Urban Environment from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Renmin University of China from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they hold several certifications, including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate (ITIL®4 Edition) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in November 2019, the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org, obtained in July 2019, and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in April 2019.
