Anthony Carovillano

Anthony Carovillano has extensive experience in overseeing utility relocations and managing bridge replacement and road improvement projects. Anthony has worked in various engineering roles, including Statewide Transportation Improvement Program Coordinator, Staff Engineer, District 1 Engineer/Manager, and Project Manager for the WV Division of Highways. Currently, Anthony serves as a Senior Project Manager at GPI, where Anthony continues to lead successful projects in the transportation infrastructure industry.
