Kevin Padden

Kevin Padden is an experienced Senior Rail Project Manager at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. since December 2009. Prior to this role, Kevin served as Principal Engineer-Structures at MTA Long Island Rail Road from 1984 to 2006 and held the position of Senior Rail Project Manager at Parsons from May 1998 to December 1999, where responsibilities included facilitating catenary and rail systems design for the East Side Access project and resolving constructability issues among contractors, owners, and designers. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where studies took place from 1975 to 1977.
