Ece Caliskan

Ece Caliskan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade, starting as a Human Resources Intern at IBM in 2010 and culminating as a Learning and Engagement Manager at Greenmusk in 2023. The roles they have held include Recruitment Executive at HRWORKS CONSULTANCY, Diversity Program Manager and Bid Manager at IBM, Project Manager at Fikri Tesisat, Co-Founder at Gonullupsikolog.org, and Project Manager at Bakis Consultancy and Education Center, where they managed end-to-end learning experiences and development programs. In their most recent role at Greenmusk, they were responsible for learning and engagement management.

Ece Caliskan began their education at Tarsus American College from 1997 until 2004, but did not earn a degree during that time. Ece received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Boğaziçi University between 2005 and 2011. Ece is currently working towards earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, with an expected completion date of 2024. Additionally, they obtained their certification as a Certified Co-Therapist in Psychodrama Group Psychotherapy, Sociometry & Leadership from Istanbul Psychodrama Institute in January 2018, and earned their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification through Scrum Alliance in March 2022.
