John Kaiser

John Kaiser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and service delivery management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Success Management at Blue Mantis since February 2022, John has previously held positions at NTT Ltd. as Client Success Executive and Senior Service Delivery Operations Director, as well as at Dimension Data as Senior Service Delivery Executive. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Network Operations & Engineering at Velocita Wireless and Senior Network Engineer at AT&T. John's career began in the US Army, where John served in the Signal Corps. John Kaiser holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
