Christy De Los Santos - Tavarez has a long history of work experience. Christy began their career in 2006 as a Guest Service Agent for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Christy then moved up to become an Assistant Front Office Manager / Night Manager, and then a Senior Housekeeping Manager. In 2014, they joined The Knickerbocker as a Senior Housekeeping Manager, and then moved up to become a Consulting Project Manager in 2015. In 2016, they became a Consulting Training/Operations Manager at Greydon House, and then in 2017 they joined Mondrian Park Ave. as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping. In 2018, they became the Director of Housekeeping at Mondrian Park Avenue and in 2019 they became the Director of Housekeeping at CLA Cleaning. Currently, they are the Director of Client Operations at Greenparc.

Christy De Los Santos-Tavarez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Clark University between 2002 and 2006. Christy then pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University from 2006 to 2008.
