Dr. S Venkateswara Rao, PhD, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Since September 2007, Dr. Rao has served as Executive Vice President at GreenPark Hotels and Resorts Limited, where a new vertical was launched, achieving a 100 percent year-over-year growth and reaching an 80 crore annual turnover within six years. A strong focus on team development led to the expansion of staff from 12 to 940 employees. Previous roles include Vice President Operations and HR Manager at GreenPark, Senior General Manager Operations, and HR Manager with a foundation in performance management systems.
