Michael Cong

Michael Cong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career as a College Program Participant at Walt Disney World in 2014. Afterward, they joined Mercedes-Benz USA as a Product Specialist in 2015. In 2016, they transitioned to Cerner Corporation as an Associate Consultant until 2018. Michael then joined GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a Junior Associate and later became a Senior Associate. In 2019, they moved to Health Recovery Solutions, where they worked as an Implementation Manager and later as a Team Lead in Implementations and Client Success. In 2021, they joined Yext as an Enterprise Client Success Manager. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at GreenPlaces since 2023.

From 2014 to 2016, Michael Cong attended Rider University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Global Supply Chain Management.
