William H. Anderson

William H. Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William H. started their career as an Associate Attorney at Gardner, Carton & Douglas, specializing in commercial litigation and antitrust counseling. William H. then transitioned to the role of Legal Counsel at Arthur Andersen | Andersen Consulting, where they managed securities and professional liability litigation. Anderson later joined Bear Stearns as Counsel-Fixed Income Compliance, where they managed compliance clearance for research reports. William H. then moved to Complinet (now Thomson Reuters) as Manager of Global Regulatory Affairs, where they focused on research and content management for regulatory intelligence. After that, Anderson worked as Regional Managing Director at Econique Group LLC, where they led a business intelligence and knowledge transfer consultancy. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at GreenPoint Global, where they oversee the law and compliance division and serves as the General Counsel.

William H. Anderson holds a JD degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. William H. also obtained a BA degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Alfred University. Prior to that, they attended New Rochelle High School.
