Martin Wasielewski

Martin Wasielewski is an experienced Agile Coach and consultant currently managing product initiatives in the Fabric Care product area at Electrolux Group since March 2023. With a strong background in organizational coaching, Martin has been consulting for Wasse Organisation Coaching since November 2018, assisting organizations in navigating complexity and uncertainty. As a founding investor at Greens Ventures, Martin supports Nordic pre-seed startups, while also advising on the Teemyco platform to enhance collaboration for distributed teams. Martin has held roles such as Director of Product at Acast and Director of Engineering at Privitar, focusing on organizational evolution and product-led development, and has leveraged a solid educational foundation with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Mälardalen University.
