Ayla Amon is a seasoned professional in the museum sector with an extensive background in curation, education, and collections management. Currently serving as the Curator of Collections at Greensboro History Museum since April 2023, Ayla also holds the position of Visiting Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, developing and teaching courses across various historical disciplines. Prior experiences include roles as Curator of Social and Political History at the North Carolina Museum of History and Curatorial Assistant at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
