Ian Hammond

Ian Hammond is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business strategy across various technology and data sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at GreenScale Data Centres since August 2024, Ian previously held key roles at AtlasEdge as Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Operations & Engineering, and at GeoSpock Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer, where oversight included C-suite functions and business operations. Prior experience also includes a term as Chief Operating Officer at NQC and serving as Chief Technology Officer at Crown Commercial Service, where Ian played a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the UK's procurement services. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
