Brett Travers

Brett Travers is a Partner at UB Greensfelder since February 2024, specializing in real estate and finance matters, including commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, and corporate finance. Prior to this, Brett served as Counsel at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, PC, from September 2022 to January 2024, and held roles at The Dover Companies from January 2017 to September 2022 as General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. Brett's earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel and Secretary for Nidec Americas Holding Corporation from March 2015 to January 2017, where responsibilities included corporate governance and contract management. Prior roles also include a Business Services Associate position at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. from April 2012 to March 2015, focusing on corporate transactions and commercial contracts. Brett holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Taxation from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Business/Management from Saint Louis University.
