Pooneh Karimi

Pooneh Karimi is a Senior Process Improvement Specialist at GreenShield since August 2025, focusing on identifying process improvement opportunities at the enterprise level. Previously, Pooneh served as a Senior Process Quality Analyst at BMW Group Financial Services Canada, responsible for process documentation, conducting process improvement analysis, and leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
