Tina Rodgers

Tina Rodgers is a seasoned talent management consultant currently working at GreenShield since January 2025, where responsibilities include program management of strategic leadership development and executive coaching initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture. Prior experience includes significant roles at Husky Injection Molding Systems from August 2013 to May 2024, where Tina directed global HR teams and designed leadership frameworks; at Metrolinx, where leadership development and employee engagement initiatives were implemented; and at Rogers Communications Inc., where training programs were developed for system launches. Additional experience includes a directorial position in learning and organizational development at ING DIRECT Canada, contributing to major organizational changes. Tina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Calgary.
