Jay Fleming

Jay Fleming has extensive experience in operations management and client relations across various industries. Currently serving as the Installer Partner Manager at Greenskies Clean Focus since April 2025, Jay previously held the role of Senior Operations Manager at Budderfly, where leadership in the Contractor Relations Department was demonstrated alongside the development of a large-scale HVAC installation program. Prior roles include significant positions at Waterworks, JobTarget, ADACO, FLEMING PORTRAIT DESIGN, DATAVIZ INC, and IN-STORE OPPORTUNITIES, demonstrating a consistent focus on improving client experiences, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading diverse teams. Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Central Connecticut State University and has pursued additional education in photography.
