Sean Bramswig, CFA

Sean Bramswig, CFA has extensive experience in project finance and investment banking. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Project Finance at Greenskies Clean Focus, where they manage project finance activities. Prior to this, Sean served as the Project Finance Manager at the same company.

Before joining Greenskies Clean Focus, Sean worked as a Vice President of Investment Banking at Wellesley Hills Financial LLC, where they were responsible for investment banking operations.

Sean also gained valuable experience as an Associate in Capital Markets at Nexamp. In this role, they played a crucial role in coordinating various teams to secure substantial amounts of committed capital. Sean also conducted research on incentive programs and developed financial models for solar and storage projects.

Prior to Nexamp, Sean worked as a Senior Associate in Business Valuation at BDO USA, LLP. Here, they conducted business valuations and created equity allocation waterfalls. Sean was involved in various aspects of valuation reports, financial modeling, and analysis.

Additionally, Sean completed a summer internship as a Global Operations Intern at Pfizer.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong financial expertise and played key roles in various organizations across different industries.

Sean Bramswig, CFA has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Finance from Bentley University. Sean also participated in a Study Abroad Program at The University of Hong Kong. In terms of additional certifications, Sean Bramswig holds an inactive Series 63 certification from FINRA, obtained in July 2021, as well as an inactive Series 79 certification from FINRA, obtained in April 2021. Sean is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
