Cheryl Williams

Cheryl Williams, MBA, CSM has over 25 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of the Project Management Office at GreenSky® since March 2020. Previously, they worked at Macy's for 25 years, starting in 1995. During their time at Macy's, Cheryl held various roles, including Director of Enterprise Portfolio Management, Manager of Enterprise Portfolio, Manager of Direct to Consumer Development, Manager of Enterprise PMO/PCI Compliance, Manager of CRM and Clienteling, Supervisor of Gift Registry Systems, Programmer Analyst II, and Programmer Trainee/Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for managing budgets, overseeing technology investments, driving change management, directing development teams, implementing new systems, and leading cross-functional teams. Cheryl also played a vital role in achieving PCI Compliance for Macy's applications and establishing strong partnerships with business sponsors and stakeholders.

Cheryl Williams, MBA, CSM, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degrees, Cheryl holds the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in October 2019, and the LogicGate Power User Certification from LogicGate, obtained in 2021.
