Marty Baker

Marty Baker is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in training and administrative roles. Currently serving as Payroll Training Supervisor at GreenSlate since March 2017, Marty creates and administers payroll and data entry trainings for new hires and ongoing education for current team members. Previously, Marty held the position of Paymaster/Team Lead at GreenSlate, advocating for team members and overseeing payroll operations. Initially starting as a Payroll Administrator at GreenSlate LLC from September 2014 to March 2017, Marty gained foundational skills in payroll management. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Springbrook NY, Inc. and the Athletics Department at the City University of New York, while also earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from The City University of New York and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Delhi.
