Jin Yu Zhang

Jin Yu Zhang, CAPM®, is an experienced professional in customer success and strategic roles, currently serving as Sr. Customer Success Manager at Greenspace Health since January 2024. Prior to this position, Jin held the role of Data Strategist in Customer Success at Perpetua from July 2023 to November 2023. Previously, a significant tenure at Yelp from June 2019 to July 2023 included positions as Sr. Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Strategic Account Executive, with a focus on products such as Yelp Waitlist and Yelp Reservations. Prior experience includes serving as an Advertising Specialist at Hearst Magazines and as a Brand Marketing Specialist at BCW Global. Jin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations/Marketing Communications from Penn State University and has furthered education through boot camps in Entrepreneurship at both BrainStation and the University of Southern California.
