Charlie DeCaro, MBA has a wealth of work experience. Starting in 2006 as a Summer Intern Associate at GFI Group, Inc, they then moved to Prudential Financial as an Investment Operations Associate in 2007. In 2008, they became a Financial Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development at K. Hovnanian Homes, then a Financial Analyst - U.S. at Maesa in 2011. In 2013, they were an Internal Consultant & Project Manager and a Sr. Financial Analyst - Real Estate & Capital Projects at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. That same year, Charlie also founded and created a product for Just My Size App. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Stamps.com, and their current role is Head of Product at GreenSpark Software. In 2017, Charlie was a Strategic Growth Consultant - Product & Consumer Research for Shapeways.

Charlie DeCaro holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, which they obtained in 2017 after studying Product Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Analytics. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The College of New Jersey in 2007.
