Du'Wayne Caviness

Du'Wayne Caviness is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in information technology management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at GreenSpark Energy since January 2024, Du'Wayne is responsible for coordinating workflow processes, enhancing IT systems, and managing core software platforms. Previously, as the Global Director of Information Technology at Caldwell Manufacturing Company from February 2017 to December 2023, Du'Wayne oversaw corporate IT operations and implemented effective IT solutions across international locations. With additional consulting and management roles in companies such as Henning Computer Services, ComTec Solutions LLC, and Amazon, Du'Wayne has developed expertise in team development, customer service, and disaster recovery solutions. Du'Wayne's education includes a BBA in Management from American InterContinental University.
