Dustin Conley

Dustin Conley currently serves in a Business Development role at Greenspeed Energy Solutions, L.L.C. since July 2024, following a significant tenure at Wiedenbach Brown where Dustin held various leadership positions including Vice President of Energy Services and Operations, as well as Director of Operations. Prior experience includes a decade at Regency Lighting, where Dustin contributed to the establishment of a new lighting retrofit division and successfully managed large-scale multi-site lighting projects for major national accounts. Earlier, Dustin began a career in lighting product sourcing as a Buyer. Educationally, Dustin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Life Pacific University.
