David Kubiliun

David Kubiliun is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in criminal defense. Currently serving as a Partner and Chair of the Criminal/White Collar Practice at Greenspoon Marder LLP since August 2015, Kubiliun previously held the position of Managing Partner at Kubiliun & Associates from 2002 to 2015. Additionally, from 1989 to 2002, Kubiliun worked as an Investigator and Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Academically, Kubiliun earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, complemented by a Master's degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida.
