David P. Kron

David P. Kron is a shareholder at Greenspoon Marder. Kron focuses their practice on lender representation in all aspects of commercial finance transactions, including real estate acquisition, development and construction lending, asset-based lending, and mezzanine financing. Kron has closed more than 500 transactions with loan amounts exceeding $5 billion.

Kron was previously an attorney at Akerman Senterfitt from January 2005 until December of 2008 where they worked on commercial finance transactions.

David P. Kron has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Bentley University.
