Deborah Baker

Deborah Baker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Currently serving as the Director of Attorney Development and Partner at Greenspoon Marder LLP since June 2021, Deborah has held several prominent positions throughout their career, including Partner at SMGQ Law and at Greenspoon Marder LLP from 2016 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Deborah was a Member at Lipscomb Eisenberg & Baker, P.L. and worked as a Litigation Attorney at Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin and Fried Frank. Deborah holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. with Honors from Wesleyan University.
