Elsa Van Gorp is an associate in the Trusts & Estates practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP, specializing in litigation. Ms. Van Gorp has obtained both extensive trial experience and advocacy skills while previously serving as a Miami Assistant Public Defender, working closely with clients through emotional and high-stakes legal matters. Further, Ms. Van Gorp has continued to demonstrate such compassion and fervent advocacy while representing heirs, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, creditors and other interested parties in litigated probate, contested guardianship, and elder abuse cases in her practice. Ms. Van Gorp regularly applies a practical approach in order to secure the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Ms. Van Gorp formerly lived in the state of Minnesota, where she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Social Justice in 2012 and subsequently earned her law degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2015.
