Michael G. Candiotti

Michael G. Candiotti has been a partner at Greenspoon Marder since July 2021. Prior to that, they were with Quest, Inc. from December 2012 to June 2014 as a Title Attorney-Commercial Title Examiner. Candiotti also worked as an extern in the Company Litigation Department at Fidelity National Title from January 2011 to May 2011. From June 2014 to July 2021, they were a partner at Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP, where they worked on real estate, land use, commercial leasing, public finance and community development districts, corporate, and hospitality matters. Candiotti interned at the Law Office of Manny Singh from May 2010 to August 2010 and served as a research assistant for Graduate Research from April 2010 to August 2010.

Michael G. Candiotti received their Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2012, with a focus in real estate, land use and environmental law. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, where they studied real estate and finance.
