Dale Irby

Dale joined Greenspring Associates in 2020 as a Venture Partner and member of the Investment Team. Dale joined Greenspring from Wellbridge Partners, a private equity firm focused on buyout investments in the Aerospace & Defense industry. As Managing Director, he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, co-leading the investment decision process and developing post acquisition growth strategies. Dale received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Finance from North Carolina State University.
