Susan Goldsmith

Before joining GreenSquare, Susan was chief operating officer and deputy chief executive at the General Medical Council (GMC), and managing director of GMC Services International Ltd. Prior to joining the GMC, Susan was operations director at airport group BAA with specific responsibility for Heathrow, and before that held various senior roles, including deputy chief executive at transport and logistics group National Express.

Susan is a qualified chartered accountant and she has a wealth of experience in leading highly regulated, safety-critical, customer-facing organisations. Throughout her career, Susan has held leadership roles in organisations that deliver exceptional service to the public; and within which personal integrity and a strong values set are essential to ensure public safety.
