Cynthia Weber-Garcia, M.A. is a seasoned professional in the senior living and healthcare sectors, currently serving as a Regional Business Development Specialist at Greenstaff US Homecare since April 2024. With a mission to enhance the quality of life for older adults, Cynthia previously held the role of Regional Business Development Manager at TheKey, focusing on home-based care solutions. Career experience includes positions as Community Relations Specialist at Cadence Senior Living, Director of Community Relations at multiple senior living communities, and Director of Sales and Marketing at MBK Senior Living. In addition, Cynthia has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Jocuto Apparel and the founder of Splat The Music. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Media Literacy from Webster University and a BA in Theory of Communications and Human Relations from Park University.
