Laura Sata-Leinonen is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in leading financial management, compliance, and strategic partnerships across various multinational corporations. Currently serving as Lead of Global Partnerships and Operations at Greenstep since August 2025, Laura previously held significant roles at Neste, F-Secure Corporation, Microsoft, and Nokia, where responsibilities included defining internal control strategies, advising on strategic projects, and managing multi-billion dollar finance operations. With advanced academic credentials from Aalto University and the University of Rochester, Laura has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, risk management, and organizational leadership, complemented by a strong background in lecturing and research in economics, finance, and EU law.
