Paola Rydman

Paola Rydman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, marketing, and product development. Currently serving as an Advisor at Laponie of Scandinavia and a Project Manager at Greenstep, Paola leads implementation and onboarding projects while contributing to the success of a Finnish skincare brand. Previous roles include Product Group Manager at Musti Group, where Paola managed brands in the pet retail sector, and Lean Consultant at Lassila & Tikanoja, focusing on process improvements. Paola has also held positions in sales and marketing at Sophie la girafe Cosmetics and was the Managing Director of Ombrellino, a family-owned business. Paola's experience extends to roles at SATO Europe and L'Oréal, supported by a Master's degree in International Business & Management from ESCP Business School and a BSc in International Business and French from Aston University.
