Joseph C. Wu

Joseph C. Wu serves as the Director of the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute and holds the position of Professor of Medicine, Cardiology, and Radiology at Stanford University School of Medicine since May 2013. In this role, Joseph C. Wu leads research focused on stem cell biology, gene therapy, and molecular imaging. Additionally, Joseph C. Wu is a co-founder of Greenstone Biosciences, a position held since 2022. Joseph C. Wu earned a PhD in Molecular & Medical Pharmacology from UCLA between 2000 and 2004 and attended Yale School of Medicine from 1993 to 1997.
