Kortni Lefevre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kortni started their career at TJX in 2002 as a Sales Associate and later became a Customer Service Coordinator. In 2009, they worked at TJ Maxx as a Merchandise Coordinator. Kortni then transitioned to a role as an Administrative Assistant and Key Carrier at TJ Maxx in 2010. Starting in 2011, Kortni joined GreenStone Farm Credit Services, starting as a Human Resources Specialist and gradually moving up to a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Kortni is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at GreenStone Farm Credit Services.
Kortni Lefevre attended Central Michigan University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned certifications such as Business Ethics for Managers and Leaders and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn in April 2022. Kortni also achieved the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork in October 2019.

GreenStone provides financial services to the agricultural industry - including short, intermediate and long-term loans, equipment and building leases, life insurance, crop insurance, accounting, tax, and appraisal services.
