Pierre Heninger has an extensive career in finance, having held positions at multiple companies since 1999. Pierre began their career as a Branch Manager at UFB LOCABAIL - BNP PARIBAS LEASE GROUP in 1999. In 2004, they took on the role of Market Manager - Industrial Equipment and Retail at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. From 2005 to 2007, they were Market Manager - Information Technology - France at Societe Generale Equipment Finance. Pierre then moved to Rosbank as Commercial Director Rosbank Leasing and Head of Vendor Finance - Societe Generale Equipment Finance Russia from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they became Country Manager - Societe Generale Equipment Finance France at Societe Generale Equipment Finance. In 2017, they took on the role of VP Projects & Customers Financing at Schneider Electric. Most recently, in 2020, they became Chief Financial and Investment Officer at GreenStruxure, building a new venture between Schneider Electric and Impact investors led by Huck Capital and Inclusive Capital Partners. Their focus is on enabling corporate finance function, investment governance and funding partnerships to deploy mid size microgrids through an energy as a service offering.

Pierre Heninger attended Paris Graduate School of Management from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Finance. In 2012, they completed the Société Générale Corporate University leadership program by INSEAD, focusing on Banking and change management.
