Heath Marshall

Heath Marshall is the Head of Legal UK at greentech, with experience in utility scale ground-mounted solar PV development, hybrid BESS development, land agreements, lease acquisitions, commercial contracts, Contracts for Difference, business affairs, and construction. Prior to this role, Heath served as a Senior Consultant Solicitor at various law firms, specializing in commercial property, development, and construction. Heath holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law from Leeds Beckett University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Heath's education includes degrees from University of Law, Cardiff University, University of Exeter, and Armstrong State University.
