Tiffany Santagati

Tiffany Santagati is the current advisor at Greenville Chamber. Tiffany has over 10 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. Tiffany has a proven track record of success in their previous positions. Tiffany was responsible for leading a team of over 60 people including the banks multi-site retail banking operations and sales division, treasury services department and call center. Tiffany was able to capitalize on staff potential to surpass annual goal of 60 million in loans and deposits. Tiffany also boosted loan production 102% and Deposits 180% year over year for 2020. Tiffany is known for their ability to lead cross functional teams to enhance sales and service efforts throughout the organization. Tiffany has also spearhead a collaboration with several departments to review and develop bank procedures and policies. In addition, Tiffany has developed and managed a charitable distribution plan for new and existing markets to assist with community development and relations. Tiffany is an active participant in community activities and volunteers with non-profit organizations to enhance company representation and visibility. Tiffany provides leadership and accountability for market programs that support business strategies and objectives. Tiffany works with individuals at all levels within the company and in the community. Additionally, they assist in developing and implementing all branch marketing and advertising. Tiffany Santagati has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of South Carolina Upstate and an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University. Tiffany also has certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn and Banking School from BB&T.
