Rekha Gujar has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rekha started their career in 2012 at Infonet IT Solutions as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for strategic HR management, development, and staff management. Rekha then moved on to work as an HR Administrator at Antfarm Business Incubator Private Limited from 2015 to 2016. Rekha then joined MIRC Electronics Limited as an Assistant Manager-HR, where they handled various HR functions such as manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and leave management.
