Tushar Shirore has a diverse range of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Tushar started their career as an Intern at ONGC in 2012, where they gained practical experience in horizontal well drilling. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Petroleum Engineer at Perennial Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they managed various aspects of the business development process, including equipment leasing, competition analysis, and feasibility studies. Tushar then advanced to the role of Senior Strategy Expert and Lead Strategy Expert, where they focused on marketing campaigns, sales presentations, and tender preparation. In 2019, Tushar became the Business Development Manager at Greenville LNG, specializing in gas sales and purchase agreements, contract negotiation, and LNG projects. Tushar also handled marketing and business development activities in the West Africa/ECOWAS region.
Tushar Shirore completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in LNG: Supply, Demand, Pricing and Trading from Infocus International in September 2022.
