Kathy Whitinger

Kathy Whitinger is an experienced educator who has held various teaching positions, including as a Third Grade Teacher, Library Media Specialist, Literacy Coach, and Special Education (ED) Teacher. Kathy has also worked as a Curriculum Framework Writer for the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Whitinger holds a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Wayne State University. Additionally, Kathy has a certification in School Librarian/School Library Media Specialist from the University of Central Oklahoma.
