Russell Stall

Russell Stall is a prominent public figure and community leader currently serving as an At Large City Council Member and Vice Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Greenville, South Carolina since December 2017. Stall has held the role of Organizer for TEDxGreenville since January 2012 and was a Volunteer Facilitator for Leadership Greenville from May 2006 to December 2016. Previously, Stall served as the Executive Director of Greenville Forward, overseeing the Vision 2025 initiative, and held the position of President at ResearchWorks, specializing in strategic marketing research and planning. Early career experiences include roles as a Research Analyst at Mercer Management Consulting, a Consumer Affairs Consultant at Coca Cola, USA, and the Southeast Account Manager for Polo Ralph Lauren. Stall's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington and Lee University, an MBA in Consumer and Organizational Behavior from Emory University, a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Clemson University, where Stall is also a Ph.D. candidate in Planning, Design, and the Built Environment.
