Russell Stall is a prominent public figure and community leader currently serving as an At Large City Council Member and Vice Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Greenville, South Carolina since December 2017. Stall has held the role of Organizer for TEDxGreenville since January 2012 and was a Volunteer Facilitator for Leadership Greenville from May 2006 to December 2016.
