Carlos Arce

Carlos Arce is a seasoned RF Product and Test Engineer currently employed at GreenWave™ Radios since October 2025. Previously, Carlos held the position of Staff RFIC Validation Engineer at QuantalRF, focusing on RF silicon validation for 5G and WiFi applications, and developed automation tools using MATLAB, Python, and C#. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior RF Test Engineer at pSemi, designing hardware and software for ATE systems, and earlier roles in RF test engineering at Peregrine Semiconductor and Qualcomm, where Carlos gained expertise in high-frequency PCB design and modem technologies. Carlos's educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering and graduate studies with an emphasis in RF Engineering from San Diego State University, alongside an A.A. in Mathematics from Southwestern Community College District.
