Shiji Pavithran has over 20 years of work experience in the sales and marketing industry. Shiji began their career in 1997 as a Sales Officer at Aristocrat Marketing Ltd, a subsidiary company of VIP Luggage. In 2001, they joined Philips Electronics India Ltd as a Marketing Manager TV and worked there for 9 years in various capacities, including Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, South Regional Sales and Marketing Manager - LCD, and Customer Marketing Manager for CTV. In 2010, they joined HCL Infosystems Ltd as a Product Manager and Pantaloon Retail India Ltd as a Category Manager - TV. In 2012, they became Assistant General Manager at Next Retail India Ltd. In 2015, they joined Greenway Grameen Infra Pvt Ltd (GGIPL) as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and President Of Sales. As President Sales for GGIPL, they handled a complex sales network of Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, and Institutional Sales, including components of marketing such as mobilization of the target audience, creating awareness, and converting leads into Sales with complete KYC of the customer. Shiji managed a team of close 400 employees (direct and indirect) who were involved in executing sales, cash collections, deliveries to customers, and data collection. In 2021, they became a Founding Member at IndiaP2P.
Shiji Pavithran's education history includes completing an MBA from Administrative Management College - Bangalore between 1995 and 1997, a Bsc. from Besalious College Kottayam between 1992 and 1995 in Botany and Chemistry, a pre-degree from Besalious College Kottayam between 1990 and 1992 in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, and an SSLC from SreeKumara Mangalam between 1985 and 1990.
