Greenway eBikes

Greenway eBike Mechanics provides hands-on service for eBikes, eTrikes, and eScooters across Northwest Arkansas. From brake and tire repairs to troubleshooting sensors and installing conversion kits, Greenway handles both mechanical and electrical work—including direct-to-consumer and online brands that many shops won’t support. Customers include: • Older adults riding recumbent trikes for health and recreation • Commuters, students, and utility riders on eBikes and scooters • Parents and new riders with first-time electric purchases Local bike shops often refer customers who need electrical diagnostics, custom setups, or service on non-standard models. Services include: • Tune-ups and general repairs • Tire and tube replacements (including tricky scooter wheels) • eBike and eTrike conversions • Full assembly for electric bikes, trikes, and scooters • Electrical systems analysis and repair Service is by appointment from a home-based workshop in North Fayetteville. Free consultations are always offered, with flexible weekday and weekend drop-offs available. The Greenway Story In 2019, I needed a lifestyle change. I was stuck in a sedentary routine and wanted to get healthy again. eBikes seemed like the answer—but in 2020, getting one meant a six-month wait. So my son Madoc and I converted two bikes I already loved sitting in the garage. Fifty pounds lighter and totally hooked, I started helping friends convert their rides. That’s when I saw the real need: a reliable, trained eBike mechanic who understands both traditional bikes and electric systems. I launched Greenway in late 2020. It started as a side hustle, but in 2024 I went full time. Last year, I added eTrikes to the mix. This year, I expanded full service to eScooters. Today, I’m focused on helping people ride more often, go farther, and enjoy the trails with the people they care about.
