Cary Sparrow

Cary Sparrow's work experience began in 1986 as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, where they served as a nuclear submarine officer and a naval nuclear engineer. In 1994, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Consultant and Partner in the Strategy & Organization and Change Implementation Divisions. In 2008, they moved to Cargill as the Vice President of HR Performance and Analytics, and then the Vice President of HR Operational Effectiveness. Finally, in 2015, they became the CEO of Greenwich.HR, where they provide real-time, comprehensive, and practical labor market intelligence to broader audiences at a substantially lower cost.

Cary Sparrow holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Finance, Strategy, and Organization Behavior. Cary also holds an MS from The University of Memphis in Industrial and Systems Engineering, as well as a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Computer and Systems Engineering.
