Richard Locke

Richard Locke is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Greenwood Industries, Inc. Mr. Locke is responsible for the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, and corporate finance. He also oversees the finances of Greenwood’s affiliate, The Waterproofing Company. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management and business strategy.

Prior to joining Greenwood, Mr. Locke served as CFO and COO of the MacNeill Engineering Company, a global manufacturer and engineering firm in the athletic market. He also served as CFO/COO of F&M Tool and Plastics, Inc. and as a Senior Manager with BDO Seidman, LLP.

Mr. Locke holds a degree in Business Management and Accounting from Westfield State College. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of The Chris Dibello #32 Foundation and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
