Debra Tate Hibbler has extensive experience in various roles in the realms of accounting and administration. Currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at Greenwood Leflore Hospital since April 1995, Debra has also held positions such as Lead VITA Tax Preparer at Central Mississippi Inc. Debra has also contributed as a Board Member at United Way of Leflore County. Debra received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Jackson State University after completing their Associate's degree in Accounting at MS Delta Community College.

By 1952, GLH had moved into its third home which it continues to occupy at 1401 River Road. Today, GLH is a 208 bed facility that is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The hospital employs 950 people making it the largest employer in Leflore County. Originating in a converted mansion, Greenwood Leflore Hospital has evolved into a regional hub of healthcare services for North Central Mississippi.
