Neil Madgwick

Neil Madgwick is an experienced payroll and systems consultant with a strong background in financial management information systems and project administration. Currently serving as a Payroll Systems Administrator at The Treasury in New Zealand, Neil is involved in a TechOne payroll rectification project, providing expert-level system administration support. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Populus Choice, where Neil worked on the implementation of a cloud payroll solution, and Systems Accountant at the Ministry of Social Development, focusing on enhancing financial management systems. Additional experience includes consulting for Greater Wellington Regional Council on post-implementation payroll processes and assisting ESR in improving project management within influenza research initiatives.
